Sunset Island is a 37 acre private community that includes an outdoor pool, an indoor pool, a kiddie pool, a kids splash fountain, 3 bayfront beaches, walking path, gym, general store and restaurant with bar all within a few blocks. 18 Island Edge Dr. is a five-bedroom, three full and 2 half bath townhouse with everything you need for a carefree visit to OC.
This former model home sits on the corner and features three large wrap-around balconies and an additional upper balcony, which allows multiple areas to enjoy the fresh air or sip drinks and watch the Sunset. Sit in the shade on the first level porch, feel like you are in the trees on the second level off the main living area, then sun and enjoy peek-a-boo ocean views from the top 2 balconies. Inside, the spacious open floor plan offers 2 large living areas so the whole family can spread out and have their space. This house boasts a fully-equipped kitchen with a double oven, free WiFi, 6 flat screen smart TVs including a massive 75 inch TV in the den (2 set up with cable and the others with streaming capabilities and free content) and a full-size washer/dryer.

4th level - A kids paradise with a crab/fishing pier themed bunk bed room with 4 twin beds. There is a full bathroom on this level and another private deck that offers a peek- a- boo ocean view.
Things to know:
***For security purposes, this home uses surveillance devices to monitor the outside of the property. The 2 areas monitored are the parking area behind the garage and the front doors via a smart doorbell.
***Please note fees: 1) There is a building registration fee of $110, which gets you six facility passes and three parking passes. Additional facility passes are $70 per pass, per person, per week. 2) There is a $270 cleaning fee. 3) There is a $27 mandatory non refundable security deposit fee covering $1500 in damage. 4) There is an optional $175 linen and towel fee.
***Please note: due to covid-19 pandemic, linens will not be provided at the unit. Guests will have the option to rent fresh linens + bath towels which will be delivered to the unit before check in for an additional fee (please inquire prior to booking). Mattress pads will be periodically checked and replaced when needed. Our cleaning crew is in line with the CDC guidelines regarding the Covid 19 pandemic following a strict new cleaning policy after each guest’s departure.
Some community amenities may not be open or available due to community COVID restrictions.
Parking Notes: Parking permits are required at Sunset Island and you will receive the appropriate passes in your check-in packet. You will receive 3 green passes to allow you to park in the garage and parking pad only. Parking anywhere outside of the designated assigned garage space is a parking violation and subject to ticketing and towing. You must ensure that your vehicle fits completely in the space. Oversized vehicles and trailers are not permitted. Parking is strictly enforced and vehicles not abiding by rules may be subject to towing at the owner's expense. Parking permits must be displayed at all times.
Additional parking may be available for purchase for an additional $70; however, this is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.
